HoCo® Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY

Postage and packaging prices shown on the website are for delivery to addresses on mainland UK only. For delivery to Ireland/IoW/Europe please get in touch. Standard Size HoCo® Hob Cover (any standard colour): Orders should arrive within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Signature required for delivery. Although there is reasonable effort to effect delivery in accordance with pre-arranged dates, such dates are estimates only. If there is a delay in dispatching you will receive an email notifying you of the situation. If a specific delivery date is required dispatch will be delayed to ensure you receive your goods on the day you wish to. Weekend & Bank Holiday deliveries incur extra costs, please ask for more information. Deliveries for specific times on a specific day are possible but these incur extra costs.

PAYMENT

: Preferred payment is Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still purchase your items via the Paypal page using your credit or debit card. You do not have to open an account with Paypal. If you would like to pay by any other means please get in touch. If paying by cheque your purchase will be dispatched once the payment has cleared. BACS transfer is possible. Please get in touch for bank details.

RETURNS

Designal's 14 day return guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in it's original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, postage costs are paid for by the customer. The item should be sent in the same condition as you received it, and not scratched or damaged, a full refund will be given. The refund will be given on receipt of the item, once it has been inspected. Once you receive your item/s, please inspect them as soon after delivery as is reasonably possible. If goods are damaged you must make contact within 2 days of signing for your item. You must give as much information as possible as to how the goods are damaged (sending photos if possible for insurance purposes). If you fail to notify me in accordance with these requirements, you will not be entitled to reject the goods and will be deemed to have accepted the goods. Goods will not be returnable after a 14 day period. The item must be wrapped back up in the bubble wrap and box it originally arrived in. If this isn't available it must be similarly packaged in a secure way to avoid damage during transit. EVERY item that is sent out has been inspected by me and wrapped by hand so the quality of the product is known before leaving the factory. It will have been securely packaged and should experience no damage before being delivered so please get in touch as soon as possible if an unusual situation arises. Items are NOT sent out with dents, scratches or other defects that would deem it unsuitable or imperfect. Please do not use sharp objects when opening the parcel!

SPECIFICATION

Designal Limited guarantees all products will be supplied within a tolerance of +/- 2.0mm. Sometimes the aluminium is slightly imperfect. The item will not be sent out if it is not to a high standard. These covers are for use over a hob or cooker and will look perfect when in situ. If the customer wishes to use the cover as a splashback then this is the customer's prerogative. These covers are not sold as splashbacks so the underside will not always be as perfect as the top surface of the cover.


Due to the nature of the powder coating process, minor variations in colour and gloss level can occur and also tiny inclusions within the paint but goods will only be dispatched if they are considered to be of an acceptable standard. Colour guarantees cannot be made when trying to match to samples. The powders that are used in the coating process are "O" rating which is the highest possible grade for fire safety. If your items are manufactured in accordance with your own specifications and instructions you must ensure that the measurements and details are 100% accurate before placing the order. I can accept no liability if the item is made to your exact specifications but deemed unsatisfactory by you on receipt due to the wrong information being given by you. Every specially-made order is double-checked, the emails ask that the

sizes are double-checked. No order is started until the customer is 100% happy with their instructions/specifications. Once the order has been processed the sizes cannot be changed.
